Kristin is a middle Tennessee native, where she lives with her childhood sweetheart/husband David of 12 years, four kiddos Braxton (8), Judah (7), Anna (5), and Maryn (2), and pup Hadley. From a young age, Kristin discovered an innate love of caring for children and supporting families. Initially, sibling care followed by full-time nannying fostered a passion for all things pregnancy, birth, postpartum care, and motherhood.

Kristin has over 17 years of experience in caring for infants and families. She has a strong passion for the transforming journey of motherhood, particularly the tender months following the arrival of a baby. Since having the honor of experiencing motherhood biologically, through foster care, and adoption, she provides a unique and compassionate view of motherhood. She particularly enjoys encouraging and empowering mamas in the first months postpartum and walking closely with families in feeding support, sleep concerns, home care, sibling adjustments, meal preparations, and the daily grind.

She completed her BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Harding University followed by her Masters in Speech and Language Pathology at East Tennessee State University. In her career as a Speech and Language Pathologist, she trained and worked closely with infants and toddlers with feeding and language concerns for the past 10 years. Kristin is currently completing her Postpartum Doula Certification through Harbor Birth Institute.

When not assisting families, she enjoys homeschooling her children, serving her church in ministry, serving on the board of Isaiah 117 House- foster care support, hiking and camping with her family, thrift shopping (she loves a good deal!), and cooking.
